Discover the art of pottery by making it with your own hands. You can make out of it a nice day and a have a date, family time, bestie date or you can also come by yourself and have a one and one workshop.

This a is a 1-day workshop, and the session will have a duration of 3 hours and you can create your own pottery pieces from start until end.
In the first part of the session, you will receive 700g of white stoneware clay you will make your own piece (or pieces) with my guide.

With this amount of clay you can normally make:
-
a cup or mug and a small plate
-
a medium plate or vase
-
trinket dishes and candle holder.

what comes to your imagination :)

The second part of the session you can make your own decoration painting, Be aware that the clay will still be a little bit dump so the decoration in this point is simple, like flowers, lines, dots etc. After your piece is ready, I will fire it 2 times (bisque and glaze) and you can pick it up 3-4 weeks later.

*Please be aware that after your pieces are made, during the drying process the clay is changing and this changes can generate cracks, or even explotions in the oven. This is a natural process of the clay and is something that can happen to anyone. If you want more information you can check the manu above "FAQ´s"

*The price includes the materials, firings and a hot or cold drink before or after the classes.

What to bring to the session:
I have in my studio an apron for you, but I still suggest you to bring old clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty. Make sure that your nails are short and you can bring something to tie your hair. Bring creativity and enthusiasm! Please understand that pottery is a very nice and relaxing process, try not to bring something on your mind, just let yourself flow with the clay so you don’t get any frustrations.

Terms and conditions Cancellation: Any cancellations made within 3 days before the session date cannot be refunded, however, we can finde the best alternative to reschedule. Rescheduling: Rescheduling your Workshop is free of charge when done with more than 72 hours. However if you decide to reschedule within less than this 72 hours hours will incur a €25 reschedule fee. Finished items: I always take care of my clients pieces to ensure that they will make the whole process without any outcomes, however, due to the nature of ceramics sometimes some pieces can break, explote, or crack when they are fired. I cannot be held responsible for any undesirable outcomes since is something that I cannot control. I have an alternative solution for this which I will discuss with you in the session. Safety: I am not responsible for any accidents that may occur in the studio or any loss or damage to personal possessions.
