🍂Autumn Mornings: Handbuilding Ceramics

Service Description

Slow down and enjoy a cozy morning of handbuilding ceramics in a relaxed and creative environment. In this 3 hour session, you’ll have the freedom to create your own ceramic piece from scratch, exploring the clay and shaping it at your own pace. This is a relaxed, open-ended workshop where you’ll be guided and supported throughout the process rather than following a specific project. No previous experience is needed — just come ready to experiment and enjoy working with clay. ✨ What You’ll Do: You’ll work with clay using simple handbuilding techniques to create a piece of your choice. You’ll have the freedom to explore different shapes and ideas, while receiving guidance whenever you need it. Once your piece is formed, you’ll have the opportunity to decorate it using ceramic paints and make it completely your own. After the workshop, your piece will be fired twice (bisque and glaze) and will be ready for pickup in approximately 3–4 weeks. 🧱 What’s Included: All materials, tools, glazing, and firings, drinks and small bites, are included in the price 🧤 What to Bring: Aprons are provided, but please wear comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy. Keep nails short and tie long hair back if needed. Most importantly, come with an open mind and enjoy the process — working with clay is calming, creative, and meant to be fun.
